I'm on the hunt for a sharp GTM recruiter who could step up into working for a VC Fund and recruit for world-class GTM teams.
The Opportunity
The money is exceptional, salary will be market average, but the earning potential is much higher than in typical recruitment firms. Currently, their lowest performer is making £120k total comp with their top performer making £200k+.

Your Role
You would recruit for the VC's clients (so no business development), partnering with businesses like Snowflake, Factory AI, Open AI, and XAi.
A former Snowflake Managing Partner is now part of the fund, which gives you an idea of the calibre of people you’d be working alongside and get exposure to. If you do well, lots of doors will open for you.

Salary
- Dependent on experience, up to £35,000.
