Consultant | Buy-Side Recruitment | Qh4 | London (Hybrid)

Salary: Dependant on experience + plus commission / profit share and longer term equity plan

About Us We work with some of the best asset managers in the UK and globally, placing talent into mid to senior, high-impact roles across technology and change. As the business continues to grow, I'm looking for a consultant to work alongside me to help continue to grow the business and provide our clients with the level of service that keeps them coming back.

About Qh4

  • We hold exclusive agreements with several of our clients, which also allow us to provide specialist consultancy services.
  • Our in-house knowledge of the technology, change and asset management markets runs deep, and our buy-side presence has grown year on year.
  • Our business development has all happened organically, which is a polite way of saying our work speaks for itself.
  • We are small, flexible and particular about doing things the right way.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
