Role Description
As a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist- 12 month FTC, you will be responsible for the execution of the Talent acquisition strategy for Experienced hires working with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to establish requirements. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and RSM business leaders, provide management of the end-to-end recruitment process (attraction and selection strategy and delivery through to hire and aftercare), continuously working to improve the hiring manager and candidate experience. Ensure the quality of hire aligns with our future growth plans, providing an exceptional experience to both our candidates and hiring managers.
This role will be covering the Consulting and Core Function Service Lines. This role affords excellent hybrid & flexible working, however ideally you would be based in the Midlands or Manchester Region to allow easy access for working in the office at least 1 day per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a broad business understanding in order to identify suitable quality candidates who can contribute to the future growth and success of RSM UK
- Support the resourcing workstream for strategic projects or programmes within the functions and ensure delivery of the integrated resourcing programme plan
- Develop Role Profiles & Job Descriptions with Line Managers – ensure hiring approvals are set up on Hiring system
- Leverage a wide range of candidate sourcing techniques and source candidates using multiple, cost effective channels, utilising direct attraction methods and job boards to fill vacancies and build a candidate pipeline/talent pool
- Manage pre-screening of CVs to identify suitable candidates that match the business requirements - conducting interviews where required
- Maintain contact with candidates throughout the process (to include briefing of role profile, salary, benefits, outcome, next steps)
- Advise, coach and develop Hiring Managers on the recruitment policies, best practise, tools, processes, interviewing skills and on the most appropriate assessment tools to be used to ensure consistency in recruitment that adheres to best practice, is compliant legally and within Group policies
- Assist in developing creative ideas and strategies to promote RSM UK in the community and actively promote the brand throughout the recruitment process
- Work with Internal Talent Manager and Hiring Managers to assist with internal recruitment efforts - identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
- Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers. Manage external relationships with local 3rd party recruiters and managed service providers
- Act as a consultant providing insight and data on external talent market for Hiring Managers and HR. Providing regular MI to the business areas, reporting on key success measures and external trends
- Monitor candidate engagement throughout the selection process, identifying concerns and make recommendations for improvements
- Design and implement a candidate sourcing strategy and consistent recruitment processes which delivers high value, cost effective, quality service
- Ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements
You will already be/ have been operating within a Professional Services (Accountancy) environment either within an agency or in-house context and be passionate about in-house recruitment. Practice Recruitment Experience would be beneficial to an application.

- Solid recruitment sourcing experience– utilising research and market mapping methodology.
