Senior Recruiter (12-Month FTC)
Victoria, London (5 Days Onsite) Full-Time - 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract 🚀 Immediate Start Available
The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced and highly driven Recruiter to join a global tech business on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a true end-to-end delivery role, supporting a wide range of hiring needs across multiple business areas and geographies.
You'll manage a busy and varied workload of approximately 15-20 live vacancies at any one time, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional talent whilst providing a first-class candidate experience.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and challenge where appropriate
- Delivering high-quality shortlists across a variety of disciplines and seniority levels
- Managing complex and sometimes challenging stakeholder relationships with confidence and professionalism
- Driving direct sourcing strategies and proactively building talent pipelines
- Coordinating interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding activities
- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting international hiring activity where required
- Using recruitment data and market insights to influence hiring decisions

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience within a 360 recruitment role, either agency, in-house, or a blend of both
- Experience managing high-volume workloads, ideally handling 15-20 concurrent vacancies
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with demanding or complex hiring managers
- Demonstrated success sourcing and placing talent across multiple markets
- International recruitment experience is highly desirable
- Previous recruitment experience within Engineering or technical environments would be a significant advantage
- Proactive, resilient, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
