Role Summary
This is an end-to-end recruiting role supporting Microsoft's Early in Career hiring across EMEA. The recruiter will manage hiring for Apprentices, Interns, Graduates, and Microsoft Research programs, with a strong focus on candidate experience, assessment centers, stakeholder management, and offer management.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Candidate Management
- Review applications and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct first-round virtual interviews.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Assessment & Selection
- Organize and facilitate assessment centers.
- Evaluate candidate performance.
- Provide constructive feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
Offer Management
- Develop and present employment offers.
- Negotiate compensation and acceptance.
- Drive offer acceptance and close candidates.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Align on hiring needs and candidate quality expectations.
- Advise stakeholders on talent market trends.
Program Execution
- Support internship, graduate and apprenticeship programs.
- Coordinate hiring events and recruitment campaigns.
- Contribute to program delivery and candidate engagement activities.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor local hiring trends.
- Understand competitor activity.
- Share recruiting insights supported by hiring data.

Compliance

- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
Candidate Assessment
- Conducting structured interviews
- Candidate evaluation and selection

- 3-7 years of recruitment experience
- At least 2+ years managing end-to-end recruitment cycles
- Experience recruiting early-career talent preferred
- Experience supporting multiple countries or EMEA region beneficial
Additional Details
- Location: United Kingdom (Remote)
- Duration: 13 months contract
- Pay Range: £301 - £338 /day (PAYE)
- Weekly Schedule: 39 hours

Pay Rate Range
301 - 338 GBP daily
