About The Role

We are seeking a high-energy Recruiter to join our expanding Group Talent function at Marston Holdings Limited. This pivotal role involves managing large-scale recruitment campaigns across multiple brands and operational areas, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent efficiently. The Recruiter will serve as a key point of contact for hiring managers and candidates alike, delivering a seamless recruitment experience from initial contact through onboarding. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment by supporting our ongoing workforce demands and contributing to the company's strategic growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Previous volume recruitment experience, either in-house or agency, is essential.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and CV Library is required.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach to recruitment challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns across a variety of roles, including volume and specialist positions.
  • Conduct telephone pre-screen interviews to assess candidate suitability, attitude, and motivation.
  • Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and fill vacancies efficiently.
  • Utilize a range of attraction methods to source and generate strong candidate pipelines.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records throughout the recruitment process to ensure compliance and transparency.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to continuously improve sourcing strategies and candidate quality.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and recruitment trends to enhance sourcing and engagement techniques.
