Team Introduction

As part of our broader People department, our Talent Acquisition team manages global hiring across all divisions. We coordinate the end-to-end recruitment journey, collaborating closely with business leaders to attract quality talent to Future.

We focus on delivering a supportive, high-quality hiring experience, building inclusive talent pipelines, and ensuring a supportive candidate experience every step of the way. By joining us, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of specialist media.


Job Purpose

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you’ll partner closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners to coordinate recruitment processes across the business. Working alongside hiring managers and internal teams, you'll manage day-to-day hiring logistics, ensure clear communication, and deliver a highly effective recruitment process.


What you'll do

  • Utilise sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to build diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Manage candidates throughout the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain our applicant tracking system, Workable, ensuring high data accuracy.
  • Conduct candidate phone screenings, evaluate suitability, and provide hiring recommendations.
  • Build positive relationships with hiring managers, offering clear best-practice recruitment guidance.
  • Organise interview logistics, manage feedback collection, and lead offer negotiations.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar candidate sourcing platforms.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Workable or other candidate databases.
  • Excellent communication skills to build effective relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for supporting a positive candidate journey.
