Recruiter (6 Month FTC)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter (6 Month FTC) based in United Kingdom.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a growing organization during a period of increased hiring activity.

You will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, managing multiple vacancies across different functions and regions.

The position is ideal for a hands-on recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building strong candidate pipelines.

You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes.

With a focus on commercial, customer-facing, and technology roles, you will play a key role in attracting exceptional talent.

This opportunity requires autonomy, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to create a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Accountabilities

The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting successful hires. This role requires strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across teams and locations.

  • Own a portfolio of open roles and manage recruitment activities from role intake through sourcing, interviews, offers, and hiring.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and proactive talent engagement strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand requirements, define candidate profiles, and drive recruitment progress.
  • Manage candidate screening, assessment, and interview coordination while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Maintain recruitment data accuracy and ensure effective use of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Monitor hiring progress, identify potential delays, and proactively support stakeholders in keeping processes on track.
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously across different functions, markets, and business priorities.
  • Contribute to improving recruitment processes and supporting scalable talent acquisition practices.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with strong full-cycle recruitment expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement skills with a track record of building qualified talent pipelines.
  • Experience delivering recruitment outcomes in fast-paced, scaling, or high-volume environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Ability to assess candidates, provide valuable insights, and manage recruitment priorities independently.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work across European time zones and start quickly.

  • Experience recruiting within B2B SaaS, technology, or other fast-growing companies.
  • Experience managing recruitment across multiple European countries.
  • Proven success hiring commercial, customer-facing, or technical profiles.
  • Fluency in French, German, Polish, Portuguese, or another European language.
