Role Description

As a full-time remote Recruiter with Utility Warehouse Discount Club – Independent Distributor, you will focus on attracting, screening, and onboarding new distributors to join the team. You will identify potential candidates through online platforms, networking, referrals, and community outreach, and present the UWDC opportunity in a clear, professional manner. Day-to-day activities include conducting introductory calls or virtual meetings, explaining the earning structure and responsibilities, guiding candidates through registration, and coordinating basic training and onboarding support. You will maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, follow up with prospects, and collaborate with team leadership to meet recruitment targets and support distributor retention. This role offers flexibility in working location while requiring consistent communication, proactive outreach, and a commitment to ethical, inclusive recruitment practices.
