About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Your expertise will contribute to the growth of our client base and the successful placement of candidates in key technical roles. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of technical industries, and a proactive approach to recruitment. Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, preferably within the IT, engineering, or technical sectors.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, industry trends, and skill requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sourcing and engaging candidates.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify high-quality candidates.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements and company standards.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and clients throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the ATS.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Participate in business development activities to expand the client portfolio and increase market presence.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by offering guidance, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.
