Qualifications
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field
- Proven experience in a recruitment or staffing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms
- Proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, industry trends, and best practices in talent acquisition
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate feedback with clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the company’s CRM systems
- Negotiate job offers and employment terms, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities
- Participate in business development activities to expand the company's client base and service offerings
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve departmental goals
