Internal Recruiter (Fixed-Term Contract)
Focus: UK & Ireland
Location: Lutterworth Office Based
Hours of Work: 10am-6pm or 12pm-8pm
Contract: Seasonal full time contract

We're looking for an experienced, proactive Internal Recruiter to join us on a seasonal fixed-term contract, partnering with hiring managers to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes across corporate, operational, and frontline functions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple UK & Ireland requisitions simultaneously.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, provide market insight, and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing and proactive candidate engagement.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from attraction through to offer.
- Support high-volume and seasonal recruitment campaigns for frontline operational roles as business demands require.
- Collaborate with the wider Global Talent Acquisition team, sharing best practice and supporting cross-functional hiring initiatives.
- Ensure recruitment processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with company policies.
- Use recruitment data and market insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
To be considered you will demonstrate
- Agile Recruitment: Proven agency and in-house recruitment experience, delivering high-volume hiring in fast-paced environments.
- High-Volume Hiring: Skilled at managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong relationship builder, able to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
- Effective Communication: Clear, professional communicator who builds trust and manages candidate and stakeholder expectations.
- Resilience & Adaptability: Proactive, adaptable, and team-focused, with the ability to thrive in changing environments.
- Direct Sourcing: Creative resourcer with the ability to navigate talent pools and markets to identify, engage, and attract candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and other proactive sourcing techniques.
- Recruitment Technology & AI: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology, with a proactive approach to adopting AI tools to enhance sourcing, improve efficiency, and deliver better hiring outcomes.
