About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parking Operations Manager to oversee daily parking operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of parking facilities, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Parking Operations Manager will work closely with senior management to implement strategic initiatives, optimize revenue streams, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The position offers an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to grow within a dynamic organization committed to excellence and innovation in parking management.

Qualifications

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business administration, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in parking management, operations, or facilities services is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using management software and technology platforms related to parking operations is preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations, compliance standards, and customer service principles.
  • Problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, and a proactive attitude towards operational challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple parking sites, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service.
  • Manage and lead a team of parking attendants, supervisors, and administrative staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue management, budgeting, and cost control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure parking facilities are well-maintained and safe for users.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, striving to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Utilize technology and management systems to track operations, generate reports, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies and increase parking occupancy rates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting parking operations.
