What You'll Do

  • Hire A-players: You will work with the co-founders and the executive team to calibrate roles and seniorities, hire the best talent in the world, and create hiring playbooks
  • Act like a founder: You will go beyond scope of work and priorities, it is in the DNA of ARQ to do whatever it takes to win. You love freedom, ownership, and are not afraid to get your hands dirty
  • Be data-driven: You will track pipelines, conversion rates, and use that data to continuously improve how we hire
  • Sell the vision: You will be one of the first impressions of ARQ, telling our story in a way that excites and converts top talent
  • Move with urgency: You understand that great candidates don’t wait, and you act fast without sacrificing quality
  • Design the system: You won’t just fill roles you’ll help us build scalable processes, tools, and rituals that turn our talent team into a world-class machine
  • Continuously improve: You are always iterating on outreach, interviews, and processes to get better every week

What You'll Need

  • Proven track record of hiring A players in a fast-paced environment
  • Precise sourcing skills (we don't only rely on inbound applicants)
  • Resourcefulness, ability to leverage LinkedIn as well as the network of the current team to source potential candidates
  • Strong interpersonal skills, you will be able to connect and build lasting relationships with both stakeholders and candidates
  • High EQ, being able to understand what drives candidates and assess cultural fit. You value candidates highly and provide them with a world-class experience throughout the process
  • Excellent organization skills, being able to manage candidates funnel with maximum attention to detail and due diligence. We believe in providing a white glove experience for our candidates and stakeholders
  • Ability to work well as part of a team, a relentless drive, and a track record as a proven closer
