About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parking Operations Manager to join our team at Euro Car Parks. In this role, you will oversee daily parking operations across multiple sites, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational efficiency. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, managing a team of parking attendants and administrative staff, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve overall performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in parking management or a related field
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or a relevant discipline is preferred
- Strong leadership skills, with proven experience in team management and operational oversight
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of parking technology systems, health and safety regulations, and customer service standards
- Problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily parking operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Manage and motivate a team of parking attendants, administrative staff, and supervisors to achieve operational goals
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure parking facilities are well-maintained and safe
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, invoicing, and cost control measures
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to support business growth
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, licensing requirements, and environmental regulations
- Lead initiatives for technology upgrades and process improvements to stay ahead in the industry
