Uncapped earning potential - International travel - Structured L&D - One group, three businesses

Search is the talent arm of the Aspiron Group – alongside Aspiron Influence (PR and communications) and Aspiron Ventures (capital). Together we're the growth accelerator for early-stage cybersecurity companies, giving founders talent, PR and investment as they scale, grow and exit. For you, that means walking into relationships most recruiters spend years trying to build, and working next to the people running the other two.

We build the teams behind the most exciting cybersecurity companies. Cybersecurity is the fastest-growing, highest-stakes sector in tech, and our clients are early-stage vendors racing for product-market fit – which means every hire you make can change the direction of a company.

From sales to search

Same job. Four times the fee.

If you're a recruiter, you already know the maths. We work exclusively with North American cybersecurity companies, and our average placement fee is around four times what a UK recruitment firm bills. Same calls, same searches, same effort – a much bigger number when it lands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

And because commission is uncapped with accelerators, there's no ceiling on where that goes. Your effort translates directly into your earnings.

What else is in it for you:

  • You'll work with the companies everyone's watching, and the tier one investors backing them. Not obscure businesses nobody's heard of – the vendors dominating funding rounds, analyst reports and headlines. The ones shaping where cybersecurity goes next.
  • You'll travel for it. Real opportunities to attend industry conferences and events across the US, Europe and Israel, building face-to-face relationships with clients and candidates where the industry actually happens.
  • You'll learn from the best billers in the sector. You'll work directly with our founders, including the highest earner in cybersecurity search, and through an L&D programme built to accelerate your career rather than just get you through onboarding.
  • You'll become a specialist, not a generalist. Cybersecurity is our only lane. You'll build genuine expertise and a network of founders, investors and operators that most recruiters never get near.
  • You'll have room to grow. As we grow, so do the opportunities: leading your own team, opening new markets, expanding internationally. We invest in people building a long-term career, not filling a seat.
  • You'll have fun whilst working hard. Off-site sales kick-offs, quarterly business reviews, lunch clubs, town halls where your ideas get heard. A small, focused team that takes the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. And you'll get sea air on your lunch break instead of a packed commute.

Here's what you'll need:

  • Resilience and drive – search is competitive and results-driven, and you'll need to brush off rejection and keep going
  • Hustle with judgment – you chase hard and think smart
  • Curiosity about cybersecurity – you don't need to be a technical expert on day one, but you'll want to become one
  • Comfort with ambiguity – early-stage clients move fast and change direction; you'll move with them
