Retail Recruiter (FTC)
Fixed Term Contract: September 2026 – March 2027
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits
Location: Woking, Surrey (Hybrid Working, ideally Tuesday-Thursday in the office)
Ready to Lead Recruitment for a Flagship Retail Transformation?
We're looking for an experienced Retail Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a fixed-term contract to support an exciting retail growth programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience hiring both senior retail leadership talent and high-volume store teams.
Working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role in building exceptional retail teams across multiple locations while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for all retail recruitment including:
- General Manager
- Store Managers
- Assistant Store Managers
- Store Specialists
- Retail Sales Advisors
- Leading high-volume recruitment campaigns for store-based positions across multiple locations.
- Partnering with hiring managers to develop attraction strategies and recruitment plans.
- Creating engaging job adverts and sourcing strategies to attract top retail talent.
- Conducting candidate screening, interviews, and offer management.
- Managing recruitment activity through the ATS and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Building talent pipelines for current and future retail opportunities.
- Driving direct sourcing activity across LinkedIn, job boards, and networking channels.
- Providing hiring managers with market insights, recruitment data, and hiring recommendations.
- Ensuring a positive, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience recruiting within the retail sector.
- Strong background hiring senior retail management and leadership roles.
- Experience managing large-scale volume recruitment campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Confident sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on recruitment performance and delivery.
- Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
