Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across various roles and levels.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored job descriptions.
  • Conduct thorough candidate evaluations and reference checks to ensure suitability for roles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through professional communication and timely updates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
