About The Role
This is an 8-month fixed-term opportunity to join Practice Plus IUC as a Recruiter. You'll play a key role in delivering an excellent recruitment service across assigned vacancies, helping attract, engage, and hire talented people who support the delivery of high-quality services.
Working closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and Recruitment Partners, you'll manage recruitment activity from attraction through to selection. You'll balance candidate quality, speed of hire, and cost-effective resourcing while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
