Marston Holdings is a leading provider of essential services to both the public and private sectors. As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Group Talent function and are seeking a high-energy volume Recruiter to support large-scale hiring across our multi-brand organisation.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be at the centre of our high-volume hiring activity, supporting multiple frontline operational areas and helping us meet ongoing workforce demands.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing high-volume recruitment campaigns across a range of roles
- Conducting telephone pre-screen interviews, assessing candidate suitability and attitude
- Delivering a professional and engaging candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding
- Working closely with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently and at pace
- Using a variety of attraction methods to generate strong candidate pipelines
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth recruitment process throughout

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on getting results
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Previous volume recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
- Experience using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and CV Library
