What will I be doing?

You'll manage a range of roles – sometimes high-volume, sometimes niche – across various sectors, building relationships and providing trusted advice to hiring managers.

Some of your typical daily activities will include:

  • Owning the end-to-end recruitment process, taking briefs through to making job offers
  • Using your expertise to design sourcing strategies that reach both active and passive candidates
  • Consulting with clients on best practice, sharing insights and your recommendations
  • Balancing multiple projects, prioritising deadlines, quality and compliance
  • Building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders

Who we're looking for?

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering results. You're confident in managing stakeholder relationships, providing recruitment consultant advice, and taking ownership of your projects from start to finish.

As a minimum, you'll need:

  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • The ability to design and deliver sourcing strategies that produce quality candidates
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence and consult
  • Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems and an understanding of GDPR and compliance

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • Experience within an RPO, agency, or in-house recruitment setting.
  • Experience using social media and digital tools to attract and engage candidates.

What else do I need to know?

This is a high security client account, which means you'll need to complete an enhanced pre-employment clearance check if you're successful (Non-Police Personnel Vetting Level 2 + Counter Terrorism Check).

This will include checking criminal, intelligence and national security records, public records and credit agencies. You'll also be asked to provide details for immediate family members, friends and people you closely associate with. Once you've submitted the form, it usually takes around 2-3 months for the vetting to be complete.
