Role Description
The Recruiter role at BritJobs Pro is a full-time, on-site position based in the United Kingdom. In this role, the Recruiter will identify suitable job opportunities for clients, screen candidate profiles, and align them with relevant UK roles, including Skilled Worker Visa positions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment cycles
- Coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Tracking application progress

The Recruiter will also:
- Collaborate with the CV and LinkedIn optimization team
- Provide feedback to improve candidate marketability
- Maintain accurate records in recruitment and CRM systems
This role requires consistent interaction with clients and employers, ensuring a professional, supportive, and transparent recruitment experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for professional roles.
- Knowledge of UK job market dynamics, hiring practices, and familiarity with Skilled Worker Visa requirements or similar immigration-related hiring processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external consultants.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools, and basic CRM or applicant tracking software.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail in reviewing CVs, cover letters, and online profiles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with role requirements.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory recruitment processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in recruitment.
