Through pro bono consulting services for NGOs, nonprofits, and startups, the branch empowers organizations working toward social good. Role Description
The Recruiter role is a full-time, remote position responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring talent for Blackmont Consulting EMEA Branch. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing candidates to screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with internal stakeholders. The Recruiter will build and maintain talent pipelines, develop relationships with universities and professional communities, and promote the branch’s mission to prospective applicants. This role also involves supporting inclusive hiring practices, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and providing a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with leadership and project teams to understand talent needs and ensure timely staffing for consulting engagements.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment coordination.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and professional networking tools.
- Abilities in relationship building, stakeholder communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Skills in organizing multiple requisitions, prioritizing tasks, and meeting recruitment timelines.
- Knowledge of inclusive hiring practices, talent development, and interest in social impact or consulting environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages in the EMEA region are an advantage.
- Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination is beneficial; exposure to student or early-career recruitment is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
