About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team at Winner Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various sourcing techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of our organization by attracting top talent and ensuring the delivery of exceptional recruitment services. The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, develop effective hiring strategies, and provide ongoing support throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of successfully filling roles across various industries
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive approach and a passion for connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information within the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process and offer stage.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other initiatives to promote the company's brand and attract potential candidates.
