Internal Recruiter / Talent Partner | UK & Europe

It’s an exciting time to join us.

As our business continues to grow across the UK and Europe, our hiring plans are growing with it – which means we’re looking for another brilliant Internal Recruiter / Talent Partner to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves recruitment, enjoys working at pace and wants to be part of a growing international business where Talent has a real impact.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Talent, taking ownership of vacancies across engineering, commissioning and project delivery while helping us build the talent pipelines we need for continued growth.

And this isn’t a role where you’ll simply manage applications.

We want someone who loves finding people.

You’ll be proactively sourcing, headhunting and engaging talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, existing networks and creative search strategies – particularly across the highly competitive engineering and data centre market.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing recruitment from initial brief through to offer and onboarding
  • Proactively sourcing and headhunting passive candidates
  • Recruiting across the UK and multiple European locations
  • Building pipelines for Commissioning Engineers, MEP Engineers, QA/QC professionals, Project Managers and site-based technical roles
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
  • Managing multiple vacancies in a fast-moving environment
  • Supporting workforce planning for upcoming projects
  • Creating engaging job adverts and supporting our employer brand
  • Using data, market insight and salary intelligence to help shape hiring decisions
  • Helping us continuously improve the way we recruit

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who are we looking for?

You’ll already have experience managing multiple vacancies and be confident using LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively identify and engage talent.

Experience recruiting within engineering, construction, technical or data centres would be a big advantage, but we’re equally interested in strong recruiters who can demonstrate that they know how to learn a market, build relationships and deliver.

Experience recruiting internationally – particularly across Europe – would also be highly valuable.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is:

  • Proactive
  • Delivery focused
  • Great with stakeholders
  • Naturally curious and confident headhunting
  • Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Full of ideas about how we can attract great people

Why join us?

Because you’ll be joining at a genuinely exciting stage of our growth.

You’ll have the opportunity to recruit internationally, work on some fantastic projects within the rapidly growing data centre sector, develop your technical recruitment knowledge and become an important part of a Talent function that is scaling alongside the business.

We work hard, move quickly, support each other and celebrate the wins.

If you’re an Internal Recruiter, Talent Partner, Technical Recruiter or Agency Recruiter who is ready to move in-house and wants to build something rather than simply inherit it, we’d love to hear from you.
