About The Role
Euro Car Parks is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parking Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily parking operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in parking management, operations, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of parking management systems and relevant technology platforms is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily parking operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning across multiple sites.
- Coordinate with security, maintenance, and customer service teams to address operational issues promptly.
- Monitor parking occupancy levels and optimize space utilization through strategic planning.
- Implement and enforce company policies, safety procedures, and compliance standards.
- Manage and train staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Develop and analyze reports on parking usage, revenue, and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, striving to enhance overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute marketing initiatives aimed at increasing parking utilization and revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting parking operations.
