About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruitment Partner to join our platform on a freelance, remote basis. As a Recruitment Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing high-quality candidates for various roles from our global client base. You will leverage our AI-driven matching tools to identify suitable candidates quickly and efficiently, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, allowing you to set your own schedule and choose the roles you wish to pursue. Collaboration with other recruiters within the RecXchange network will be essential to fill roles more effectively and expand your professional reach. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting talented professionals with top-tier organizations.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should have prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of various industry sectors are essential. Candidates must be self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently. Familiarity with AI tools, ATS, CRM systems, and online sourcing techniques will be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build relationships with candidates and clients effectively. A proven track record of successful placements and a proactive approach to recruitment will set candidates apart. This role is ideal for professionals seeking independence, flexibility, and the opportunity to grow their own recruitment desk without traditional agency constraints.
Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and manage high-quality candidates across diverse industries and roles.
- Access and promote roles from global clients through RecXchange's platform.
- Collaborate with other recruiters to expedite the filling of open positions and share best practices.
- Utilize AI-driven matching and shortlisting tools to identify the best candidate matches efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the ATS and CRM systems.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate communication between candidates and clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic recruitment insights.
- Participate in ongoing training and platform upgrades to maximize effectiveness and earnings.
