This is a full-time, on site Recruiter role based in Bishop’s Stortford. The recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process for GTM roles across fintech, payments, and digital risk, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines
- Conducting market research
- Engaging prospective candidates through targeted outreach and networking
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand role requirements, advise on hiring strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintaining accurate recruitment data
- Using recruitment technology and CRM tools
- Contributing to continuous improvement of Gene East’s staffing solutions
Nice to have
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- Strong sourcing and pipeline building skills, including use of platforms such as LinkedIn and other digital recruitment tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment: role intake, screening, interviewing, stakeholder communication, and offer management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with candidates and clients
- Analytical skills for market mapping, candidate assessment, and reporting on recruitment metrics
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining high quality and ethical standards
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple roles concurrently
- Proficiency with ATS or CRM systems and familiarity with modern recruitment technologies and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, and to provide consultative hiring advice
