Job Title: Talent Partner
Reporting to: Co-Founder
Location: Northampton / home based
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + bonus
We are looking for a Talent Partner to join our recruitment business based in Northampton. This business started in January 2024 and in some respects still has a “start up” feel but with investment from a large family company, who have been successfully operating for over 50 years.
The Talent Partner will provide a high-touch, seamless recruitment service ensuring that the client and candidate experience is always at the forefront of everything they do. They will provide a proactive and consultative service to clients by expertly finding them the best talent on the market whilst helping candidates to find their perfect job.
This position involves no selling to clients and is known in the recruitment industry as a "180 role."
Key Responsibilities
- Source high quality candidates to match client requirements through effective talent pooling
- Attract industry specific candidates through a variety of sources including database searching, advertising, headhunting and networking
- Maintain a pipeline of interview-ready candidates for a variety of roles across multiple sectors and industries
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates ensuring regular contact and feedback
- Provide a consultative approach to clients ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and requirements in order to offer tailored recruitment solutions and advice
- Create bespoke salary benchmarking and industry insight reports to help clients make informed decisions about their recruitment
- Have complete ownership of maintaining and managing the company database - ensuring all information is captured timely and accurately.
- CV stripping to then add good client data onto our database and to include “needs based tags”.
- Using the “needs based tags” to market selected candidate(s) out to our database.

Skills and Experience
- Previous recruitment experience is essential
- Digital and manufacturing recruitment would be beneficial, but is not essential as this role will support a range of vacancies
- Highly organised with a focus on achieving results and targets
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly resilient with a growth mindset
- Willingness to get stuck in through great teamwork and collaboration

- Adhering to strict Service Level Agreements
- Client and Candidate NPS
Based from Northampton with the ability to work from home the Talent Partner will be required on site at least once a week, with occasional additional office days depending on business needs and collaborative events.
