Location: Woking, Surrey (Hybrid Working, ideally Tuesday-Thursday in the office)
We're looking for an experienced Retail Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a fixed-term contract to support an exciting retail growth programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience hiring both senior retail leadership talent and high-volume store teams.
Working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role in building exceptional retail teams across multiple locations while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
What You'll Be Doing
As the Retail Recruiter, you will take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of retail positions, including General Managers, Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Store Specialists, and Retail Sales Advisors. Working closely with hiring managers, you will develop effective attraction strategies and recruitment plans to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality talent across the retail network.
- Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns across multiple locations, creating engaging job advertisements and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract the very best candidates.
- From initial screening and interviewing through to offer management and onboarding support, you will ensure a seamless and professional hiring experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
- Use the ATS to manage recruitment activity, maintain an efficient and organised recruitment process while building talent pools for both current and future hiring needs.
- Drive direct sourcing activity through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networking channels, proactively identifying and engaging top retail talent.
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers, providing market insight, recruitment data, and hiring recommendations that support informed decision-making.
- Champion a positive, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience that reflects the values of the business and strengthens the employer brand.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced retail recruiter with a proven track record of delivering successful recruitment campaigns within a fast-paced retail environment. You will have significant experience hiring across a variety of retail roles, with particular expertise in attracting and securing senior retail management and leadership talent.
- Confident in managing large-scale, high-volume recruitment activity while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to act as a trusted recruitment partner, providing expert guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
- Skilled in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through a variety of channels, developing talent pipelines that support both immediate and future hiring requirements.
- Strong organisational skills essential, managing multiple vacancies, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
- Bring a data-driven approach to recruitment, using market insights, hiring metrics, and performance data to influence decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service to both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring every interaction reflects a positive and professional employer brand.
