We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join a pivotal talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be instrumental in scaling operations by identifying and securing top talent across a broad geographical region. What You’ll Do
- Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles across the EMEA region, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build robust and diverse talent pipelines, proactively identifying exceptional candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their unique requirements and provide strategic hiring insights.
- Manage multiple searches concurrently, maintaining a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
- Leverage data-driven approaches to continuously optimize recruitment processes and achieve superior hiring outcomes.
- Conduct daily candidate sourcing and engagement activities, building strong relationships with potential hires.
- Manage a high volume of vacancies, prioritizing critical positions to meet urgent business needs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration throughout the hiring process.

- Experience managing high-volume recruitment and successfully filling challenging roles across EMEA markets.
