About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for retail excellence. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail management, preferably within fashion, luxury, or similar sectors. Essential qualifications include:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies
- A customer-focused approach
- Ability to analyze sales data
- Experience in team development
A degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Retail Management, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory for highly experienced candidates.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to maximize revenue.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to enhance the shopping experience.
- Manage daily store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and loss prevention.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with head office and other store managers to share best practices and support company initiatives.
