Role - Recruiter (Human Resources)

Type - Contract inside IR35 Umbrella

Contract Length: 12 month contract

Location: London (minimum 3 days per week in the office during peak periods)

Key responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for approved vacancies.
  • Partner with hiring managers, HR, sourcing teams, and recruitment leadership.
  • Develop and support recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage recruitment activities independently while following established processes.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
  • Identify recruitment challenges and recommend practical solutions.
  • Improve the candidate experience through stakeholder collaboration.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics and hiring data to identify trends and support decision-making.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing recruitment insights and feedback.

Required skills

  • Intermediate Candidate Relationship Management (required).
  • Intermediate knowledge of Candidate Assessments and Recruiting Processes (preferred).
  • Some recruitment coordination experience is beneficial.
  • Suitable for a junior recruiter with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.

Ideal candidate profile

  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment or recruitment coordination.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable analysing recruitment data and reporting on hiring activity.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Overall, this is an entry-level to junior Recruiter contract focused on full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder management, and candidate relationship management, with some opportunity to develop into a subject matter expert over the course of the assignment.
