About the Role
As a People & Culture Recruiter, you will be responsible for searching for and sourcing candidates for specific vacancies across the business and to build a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Home Managers and Care Home teams to deliver an outstanding recruitment service in-line with our values.
- Perform general administrative Human Resources duties to allocated homes and the management team as required.
Requirements
- Previous HR administrative skills and experience ideally in recruitment and/or have the ability to source candidates and sell the company.
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and with different audiences in a friendly, professional manner.

What You'll Do
- You will be involved in organising recruitment events throughout our geographic area of care homes.
- You're going to be busy, so you'll need to be supportive, patient, organised, and flexible and know what the priorities are for the business.

- Travel to allocated Care Homes is required, so being a car driver is essential.
