About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at MaxAd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our clients' objectives and maximize brand awareness. This role involves managing multiple campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with creative and sales teams to deliver compelling content and promotional activities. The Marketing Specialist will also play a key role in measuring campaign performance, optimizing marketing efforts, and ensuring the achievement of KPIs. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to contribute to the growth of both the company and our clients' brands while gaining valuable industry experience.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Prior experience of 2-4 years in digital marketing, brand management, or advertising is preferred. Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and consumer behavior is essential. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, are crucial. A creative mindset, analytical thinking, and attention to detail will set candidates apart. Familiarity with graphic design and content management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Developing comprehensive marketing plans tailored to client needs and company goals.
  • Creating engaging content for various channels, managing social media accounts, and coordinating advertising campaigns.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyzing campaign data to assess effectiveness and ROI.
