What We're Looking For
- Someone passionate about putting people first
- Strong organisation and time management
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience (healthcare a bonus)
- Confident on the phone — happy to pick it up
- Driven by targets

What You'll Do
- Own the recruitment process — screening, booking interviews, building rapport
- Direct recruitment activity to the right job openings
- Manage calendars so candidates are interviewed promptly
- Meet recruitment KPIs set by the Head of Recruitment
- Use job boards, databases, our website and social media to attract care candidates
- Build strong relationships with the hub network to understand their resourcing needs
- Keep the ATS effective and fully up to date
- Give candidates everything they need to complete the cycle on time
- Check ID thoroughly to meet DBS criteria
