Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within our database systems.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to advise clients effectively.
- Participate in recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
