Contract Recruitment Consultant – Cyber Security (Swiss & US Market)
Warm Desk with Business Development required
Location: Hybrid (UK-based)
Contract: Freelance / Possible perm
Hours: 8:30 - 17:00
Channel Recruitment is looking for an experienced Contract Recruitment Consultant to support our growing Cyber Security practice across the US and Swiss market.
This is an opportunity for a self-motivated recruiter who enjoys building relationships, sourcing high-quality candidates, and managing recruitment processes for specialist technical roles.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage Cyber Security professionals across the US and Swiss market.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Qualify candidates through screening interviews.
- Collaborate with the Director on establishing new markets whilst managing current client base.

Requirements
- Previous experience in agency recruitment preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Experience recruiting within IT is essential and Cyber Security specialism is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working with Swiss and US-based candidates and clients.
