The Role

At AMS, we’re building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. We’re looking for a Recruiter - Early Careers and Campus who enjoys learning and values teamwork. If you’re good at campus hiring and recruitment delivery, and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

As an Early Careers and Campus Recruiter you will be supporting hiring managers in filling campus and early-careers roles, ensuring SLA, KPI, and quality targets are met. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment, managing stakeholder relationships, and providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience in partnership with onsite and offshore teams.


What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Deliver end-to-end campus and early careers recruitment, ensuring an efficient and high-quality hiring process.
  • Provide market insights and subject matter expertise on recruitment strategy, attraction, and selection.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans and manage vacancy intake discussions.
  • Monitor recruitment funnel performance, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with onsite, offshore, and CoE teams to ensure a seamless client and candidate experience.
  • Lead candidate calibration and offer discussions, supporting hiring decisions and successful candidate closure.
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience from application through onboarding.
  • Produce and manage recruitment reporting, governance updates, and data requests.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are delivered in line with SLAs, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data across all recruitment systems and trackers.
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate operational, stakeholder, and compliance risks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation, data privacy requirements, and internal policies.
  • Support contract management activities, including identifying and flagging scope creep.

Must haves

  • Experience of end-to-end recruitment delivery with preferred expertise in early careers and campus.
  • Understanding of campus marketing and attraction strategies (e.g. events, networking, social media and university relations).
  • Experience of using recruitment technology.
  • An awareness and basic understanding of the need for compliance and legislation.

Nice to haves

  • Experience of working within a highly complex or matrixed organisation.
  • Experience of working with remote teams.
  • Experience of using databases.
  • Demonstrate interest in learning about the broader market, industry to be able to build network and provide great market insights to client and different workstreams.
  • Understanding of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors, OFCCP).
  • Additional language skills.
