The Role
As an AMS Campus Recruiter, you will work directly with the client, suppliers, and the Client Services teams. You will act as one of the main point of contact for all queries relating to the service provided and taking responsibility for the resolution of those queries to a satisfactory conclusion.
About the team:
In Early Careers & Campus team we deal with a high volume of applications and hires. Peak campus activity occurs September – March when the bulk of the events are held on campus and the majority of applications are received. Alongside the Summer Internship Program which runs across all business areas for 10 weeks during the summer, there are a number of other Fixed Term Placement programs which run throughout the year.
We are currently hiring a Campus Recruiter to support our Investment Banking client.
Key Accountabilities
- Workload management
- Ownership of the group mailbox
- Ensuring that data integrity, accuracy and SLAs are met by the team
- Communicate and explain any process changes to the team
- Ownership of the Operation Manuals and other process documentation
- Local point of escalations
- Highlight issues for escalation and provide support where required
- Conduct spot-checks
- Act as the final checking mechanism for the particular parts of the process
- Conduct process reviews and make suggestions for improvements.
- Coordinate any ad hoc projects
- Actively participate in various operational calls
- Support with productivity trackers management
- Have full knowledge (SME) of the operational process

Skills & Requirements
- Ability to coordinate workload of other team members
- Experience in working with different accounts and/or dealing with various admin activities
- Grounded knowledge of business
- Ensures that the team works to the service levels agreed with the client
- Local point of escalations
- Excellent computer skills (spreadsheets is a must)
- Conduct process reviews and make suggestions for improvements.
- Capable to perform on the job training
- Experience initiating background checks is a plus
- Capable to work on and suggest a resolution to a complex issue connected to the process
