ROLE OVERVIEW
The Recruiter is responsible for delivering meaningful hiring support and candidate impact through strong execution, collaboration, and a fan-first mindset. This role partners with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition teammates to attract, assess, and hire top talent across multiple functions while creating an efficient, high-quality recruiting experience. The Recruiter delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams)
- Build strong working relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, interview teams, and senior recruiters to drive hiring outcomes across multiple functions.
- Contribute to team success through collaboration, execution, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Support Talent Acquisition initiatives that improve consistency, quality, and overall team performance.

- Deliver a smooth, timely, and professional candidate experience that reflects and strengthens the Fanatics brand.
- Communicate clearly with candidates and hiring teams to keep the process moving and create confidence in the experience.
- Support inclusive hiring practices that help build diverse pipelines and stronger teams across the organization.

Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)
- Use LinkedIn, ATS tools, and other recruiting resources to identify qualified talent and build pipelines for recurring roles.
- Improve workflows, scheduling processes, reporting, and communication templates to make recruiting more efficient and scalable.
- Act with curiosity and adaptability as new tools, technologies, and AI-enabled ways of working are introduced to the team.

Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions from intake through offer support with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Navigate multiple open roles and competing priorities while maintaining accurate ATS data, process discipline, and consistent stakeholder communication.
- Translate hiring needs into organized execution across sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer support to deliver measurable results.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING
Required Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of recruiting experience supporting multiple functions or business groups in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and business partners at all levels.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
- Experience applying data, insights, systems, and/or technology to improve recruiting execution and hiring outcomes.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to grow into more advanced recruiting responsibilities within a high-growth global organization.
WORK LOCATION
Hybrid: The primary place of performance of this role is the Company's office located in Manchester, UK. This role currently requires in-office presence 3 days per week.
