Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiter - Fixed Term to join our team and support the attraction, selection, and onboarding of talented people across our fast-paced airline catering operation. You will manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening through to interview, selection, offer, and onboarding, working closely with Hiring Managers to meet business needs. The role requires a proactive Recruiter who can build strong talent pipelines, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and ensure recruitment activity meets company standards and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a range of operational and support roles.
- Create and manage vacancies across job boards, social media, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
- Proactively source and engage candidates through databases, social media, employee referrals, agencies, colleges, and other talent pools.
- Screen applications and conduct structured, competency-based, telephone, video, and face-to-face interviews.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand requirements, shortlist candidates, and support selection decisions.
- Manage all recruitment activity through SmartRecruiters ATS, ensuring vacancies, candidate records, interview stages, and recruitment data are accurate and up to date.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Coordinate offers, pre-employment checks, Right to Work verification, and onboarding.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of recruitment and HR documentation.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Promote the company as an employer of choice and deliver a positive candidate experience.
- Monitor recruitment activity against agreed KPIs, targets, and time-to-hire objectives.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an in-house or agency Recruiter.
- Experience in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment is highly desirable.
- Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience with SmartRecruiters is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple vacancies.
- Knowledge of UK Right to Work requirements and recruitment compliance.
- High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- HR, Business, or related qualification is desirable.
- A proactive and professional approach with a genuine passion for recruitment and people.
