What You’ll Do
- Collaborate closely with hiring teams to craft and execute effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies, skillfully managing expectations through a deep understanding of investment return.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in identifying and engaging passive candidates, expertly profiling individuals, assessing their cultural fit, and understanding their deeper motivations beyond a role description.
- Cultivate and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through continuous market research and strategic relationship management, conducting insightful interviews and anticipating hiring manager preferences to achieve high offer-to-interview ratios.
- Champion innovative talent acquisition ideas and strategies that directly contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and refining existing ones to ensure the delivery of the highest quality results.
- Develop and clearly articulate comprehensive recruiting plans, complete with defined deliverables, realistic timelines, and a structured tracking process.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews aligned with position specifications and core leadership principles, showcasing a strong ability to screen, interview, and present a qualified candidate slate within consistent and appropriate timelines.
- Engage in special projects and strategic recruiting initiatives, including evaluating best practices in interviewing techniques, optimizing the use of internal talent sources, and identifying top performers for senior-level opportunities.

- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree.
- Fluency (speaking, writing, and reading) in English.

- Strong analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to design, measure, and scale efficient workflows that optimize interactions between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
- Fluency in French (C1 or above) or any other European language.
