Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies, expertly managing expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in recruiting passive candidates, possessing the ability to profile individuals, gauge their fit, and understand their motivations beyond simply selling a role.
- Build and nurture a robust network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management, conducting in-depth interviews and anticipating hiring manager preferences to achieve high offer-to-interview ratios.
- Propose innovative ideas and strategies for talent acquisition that contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and refining existing ones to deliver the highest quality results.
- Develop and articulate comprehensive plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
- Interview candidates within the framework of position specifications and leadership principles, demonstrating a strong ability to screen, interview, and prepare a candidate slate within appropriate and consistent timelines.
- Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives, including assessing best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging internal talent sources, and identifying top performers for senior-level openings.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree.
- Fluency (speaking, writing, and reading) in English.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Possess analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale efficient workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
- Fluency in French (C1 or above) or any other European language.
