MedicsPro is looking for an ambitious and motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Romford.

No previous recruitment experience is required. You will receive structured training, ongoing coaching and practical support to help you develop the sales, communication and relationship-building skills needed for a successful career in healthcare recruitment.

This opportunity would suit someone with experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or another people-focused role, as well as someone looking to begin their first professional sales career.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sourcing and engaging healthcare professionals
  • Speaking with candidates by telephone, email and online platforms
  • Advertising vacancies and proactively searching for suitable candidates
  • Reviewing CVs and conducting candidate screening calls
  • Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships
  • Matching healthcare professionals with suitable opportunities
  • Managing candidate records and recruitment activity accurately
  • Working towards individual and team targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence speaking with people over the telephone
  • An ambitious, proactive and resilient approach
  • Motivation to work towards measurable targets
  • Good organisation and time-management skills
  • A willingness to learn and develop
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience would be beneficial but is not essential
