TL;DR
We’re looking for a GTM & Business Recruiter to help us build the GTM and Ops teams behind one of the most ambitious companies in AI safety. You’ll own full-cycle hiring across sales, partnerships, GTM engineering, events, and operations, building international teams from the ground up across the US and Europe.
About Us
White Circle is an AI Safety company building the safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems. At the core of our platform are policies – simple natural-language rules that define what an AI model should and shouldn’t do. We automatically test, enforce, and continuously improve these policies at scale.
We’ve raised $11M from top funds, founders, and senior leaders at OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Mistral, DeepMind, Datadog, Sentry, and others. We process over one hundred million API calls every month. We fine-tune and train our own LLMs so they run faster and cheaper than any open or proprietary model.
We’re a small, highly focused team. If you want to work deeply on hard problems, see your work ship to production quickly, and influence how AI safety is actually built – you’re the one we need.
You will:
- Own full-cycle recruitment, from defining the hiring strategy and sourcing candidates through interviews, offers, and acceptance
- Build our GTM & Ops team from the ground up across the US and Europe
- Hire for roles such as SDR, Account Executive, GTM Engineer, Partnerships Lead, Events Lead, and operations positions
- Develop a strong understanding of our product, market, customers, and commercial strategy
- Identify candidates who combine strong sales instincts with the technical fluency required to sell and operate in the AI market
- Source and engage exceptional passive talent using creative and highly targeted approaches
- Assess candidates’ individual impact on revenue, pipeline, market expansion, and business outcomes
- Partner closely with the Head of People, CEO, and hiring managers to define profiles, design interview processes, and make strong hiring decisions
- Build structured interviews that reveal commercial judgment, ownership, learning speed, and the ability to operate in an early-stage environment
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track recruiting performance and continuously improve our processes, tools, and workflows
- Support hiring outside your primary stream when business priorities require it

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
