Job Description: Recruiter – Health Services - Mental Health
Manchester, Leeds or London
Flexible working
Secondment – 6 months
Full Time 37.5 hours per week

Role Overview
As a Recruiter in the Health Services Team, you will have a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience.
You shall primarily support in the Mental Health hub, recruiting Counsellors, Cognitive Behavioural Therapists and Clinical Psychologists.
What you’ll do:
- Being an expert in your specialist area of recruitment, you will target and infiltrate niche skills, pull on your existing networks and communicate in a language candidates are familiar with, relevant to their specific industry.
- Working operationally, consultatively and strategically with relevant Hiring Managers to understand business areas and meet their hiring needs, you will apply external expertise and market knowledge to recruitment and attraction plans.
- Managing full lifecycle resourcing, from requisition, to search and selection, through to offer management and acceptance.
- Working in partnership with the broader people team to provide the best possible candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Proactively search and source talent, through a multi-channel strategy,
- Developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with candidates, utilising both inhouse management systems and social media networks.
- Pre-screening candidates, ensuring they meet the role requirements, and fit with the Bupa culture and values.
- Continually developing, replenishing and managing talent pools using both traditional and innovative means.
- Ensure candidates have a wow experience, whether they are internal or external.

What you’ll bring:
- Strong experience with managing candidates throughout their recruitment journey, working as a recruiter within healthcare - ideally mental health.
- Experience using ATS tools.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Working at pace and being able to manage the expectations of various stakeholders.
