Temporary Recruitment Resourcing Specialist – Bilingual
Duration: Until Aug 2027
Work Type: Fully Remote (with occasional travel to Newcastle)
Training: Flexibility to attend the Newcastle office for a few days during the first few weeks for initial training
Rate: £150.60 + holiday pay
Our client is a leading international organisation with an established European presence. They are looking to expand their sourcing team and are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer who can support their recruitment activity across multiple European markets.
This role would suit someone who enjoys finding great talent, building relationships and thinking creatively about where to find the right candidates. You will work alongside recruiters and hiring teams to understand their needs and build strong pipelines for current and future vacancies.

What You Will Be Doing
- Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and internal databases.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across European markets.
- Review CVs and carry out initial telephone or video screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience and language capabilities.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the sourcing process.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and activity on the ATS.
- Share candidate profiles and recommendations with the wider recruitment team.
- Explore new and creative sourcing methods to reach the right talent.

What We Are Looking For
- Fluent French and/or German and English.
- Previous experience within recruitment, talent sourcing or resourcing.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and creative approach to sourcing candidates.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable using recruitment systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
