talentbar is launching Q4, an invite-only recruitment marketplace built on one idea: great companies work with great recruiters.
Here's the problem we're solving.
For companies:
Hiring a recruiter today means trusting a brand, not proven skill. In-house teams outsource overflow to agencies who source on keywords alone. RPOs take on delivery work without being held to real accountability. You end up reviewing and rejecting shortlists that never should have reached you, doing the recruiter's job for them.
For recruiters:
The best don't always get picked. Louder names and bigger agency logos win roles that better recruiters should have won on merit. Going independent usually means spending half your time chasing clients instead of actually recruiting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
How talentbar works:
- Every recruiter passes a real vetting bar, performance data and a skills assessment, before they're accepted onto the platform. No form-fill sign-ups, no unverified profiles.
- Companies post a role and get matched with a shortlist of vetted recruiters, ranked by fit to that specific brief.
- Recruiters get matched to roles based on their actual experience. No cold outreach, no pitching for clients, no business development.
- Recruiters keep 70% of billing on every placement.

Two ways to engage:
- Project-based placements
- Embedded recruiters working directly inside a company's own hiring process
We're building this because the current market makes both sides gamble. Companies gamble on a name, and good recruiters gamble on being noticed. Talentbar replaces that gamble with proof.
Sign-ups are open now, ahead of our Q4 launch. Spaces are limited while we build toward launch, once we're live, everyone on the waitlist hears first.

“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
