About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parking Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at multiple parking facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of parking services, maintaining high standards of customer service, and implementing operational strategies that optimize efficiency and profitability. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage a diverse team of staff, including attendants, security personnel, and administrative staff. The Parking Operations Manager will also collaborate with corporate clients, local authorities, and technology providers to ensure compliance with regulations and to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field. Previous experience in parking management, facilities operations, or a similar role is highly desirable, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in parking management software, data analysis tools, and MS Office Suite is required. A good understanding of health and safety regulations, compliance standards, and customer service principles is also necessary. The candidate should demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily parking operations across multiple sites, ensuring all activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the operations team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize parking capacity, reduce operational costs, and enhance revenue streams.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management and recommending improvements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and technology providers to ensure compliance and support service enhancements.
- Manage budgets, staffing schedules, and procurement processes to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure all staff adhere to health and safety standards.
- Drive initiatives for sustainability and environmental responsibility within parking operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to continuously improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
